Quite basic,but great for a budget hotel.......and bang in the heart of the action,but once in the room or round the pool,you would never know.

For the price I paid, it was well worth it. Hot shower cold air-conditioning nice bed.. right on soi buakhao so I was out partying till 4am most nights. All in all great time.

Everything, location. Cleanliness and comfortable. Bisiting girls was no problem. No noise considering its near soi leenkee and soi bhuakou

As I have stayed there many times I new what to expect, all the staff everywhere were kind and very helpful to me and to everyone, they set high standards, I will always go back there .

Location excellant and staff very friendly and helpful. laundry service very good and food in restaurant A1. Pool very clean.
